Once a estimate for repair is agreed on the customer will be liable for repair costs in full
when the repair is completed.

Items either repaired or deemed to be un-repairable must be collected within 30 days, if
the item was collected from you then arrangements to return the item must be accepted
and any out standing payments must be made in full or the item will be sold to recover the
out standing repair cost’s.


Backlight repairs,


this can be a risky repair to undertake due to the delicate lcd panel, to
gain access to the backlights which are located inside the lcd screen assembly, the lcd
panel must first be removed, this can sometimes result in the screen cracking as its a very
thin and delicate item to handle, Andy’s Electronics will not be held liable for any screens
damaged in this way.
